Behind Ian and Steve sits a team of people who are amazing at what they do. How can we manage to get such great people? Well, we knew that if we limited Alchemy career opportunities to people who live within an hour of our offices and who must work 9-5, we’d miss out on a whole bunch of incredible people. Plus we’d have to give them office space, parking, a crèche and a decent coffee machine, all of which would add to our overhead costs. So we decided not to do that.
